Things to know when booking a party with us:


  • Every birthday party session will end right before presents begin being opened. This ensures the performer will have enough time to say their goodbyes to every child, give a special goodbye to the birthday child, and leaves a smooth transition into the rest of the party that helps the performer make a clean, magical exit.

  • Want to change the activity? No problem! If there is a particular activity within a party package you would prefer to swap with one of our add-on activities or activities from another package, contact us and let us know! In most cases, we can switch an activity with an alternative. Limitations or additional charges usually only happen in the case of additional supplies, and we will always let you know.

  • What is a "handler"? Keeping track of princesses, superheroes and fairies is hard work! To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our performers, our solo characters will be accompanied by a royal assistant.

  • What happens if I have more than 10 party guests? Additional performers, large guest counts, and add on packages may affect pricing. Please let us know the details of your party so we may help you choose the right package for you!

  • Do you make additional accommodations? Please let us know if there are any sensory, physical, or other accommodations that need to be made. We will do our best to ensure every guest receives the royal treatment!

  • When do I pay travel fees (if applicable?) Travel fees will be paid alongside the deposit.

  • How do I pay? Initial deposits and fees, or virtual-only events, can be paid via PayPal, Facebook Pay, or Venmo. Final payments will be made in cash to the performers on the day of the party.
